2006er Neefer Petersberg “Barrique” Red Wine
A powerful red wine of the Dornfelder and Spätburgunder grape. It was stored for 20 months in new German oak barrels from the Spessart and Hunsrück Forests . The smell reminds you of black berries and vanilla, and you can taste notes of coffee and cocoa – a real harmony between wood and wine. The barrels were toasted before use, by the heat and the slightly burned wood flavours of Vanilla were created. A wine which is otherwise hard to find at the Moselle. Drinking temperature approx. 17-18°C

2007er Bremmer Calmont Riesling
Exceptional wine from the Calmont, the steepest vineyard of Europe (approx. 65 degrees or about 210% steep!). The smell reminds of mirabelle, maracuya and yellow fruits, and the intensive taste reminds you of the rocks on which this wine was grown. The vines on the century-old vineyard terraces grow deep into the slate rocks and deliver the typical flavor of the Calmont right in your glass. A Riesling wine with low but interesting acidity and the elegant taste of the exceptional 2007 harvest. Visit the region and see the Calmont Mountain yourself, the black rocks around the beautiful moselle river. An experience which is worthwhile, since the Calmont is not only the steepest, but also one of the most impressive vineyards of Europe . Awarded the “Calmont-Logo” as one of the best wines of the region. Drinking temperature approx. 10°C
